One of the things I really like about this story is that Buffy is making much better decisions here. Telling Joyce about Slayers and vampires, breaking up with Angel, accepting the depth of the feelings she shares with Spike, and being up front about the relationship. I guess it is too much to hope that Xander and Giles will be happy for her.

I loved the fact that you brought their relationship out in the open with Joyce. Bringing home the fact that she wasn't a normal girl and wouldn't have to be held to the normal expectation that normal girls are told to live by. Very touching emotional scene between Joyce and Buffy. Now the scoobies are being told too... I can't wait!
